Morespecifically,itisnotintheregularbusinessofthehomeownersassociationtochecktheaccuracyofthestatementsmadebyresidentswhomightattendandspeakatanannualmeetings.Caselawsupportsexclusionofhearsaystatementswherethereisnocustomorpracticetochecktheveracityofsuchstatements.InU.S.v.Bell,833F.2d272,276(1987),thecourtruled withouttestimonythatitwasthecustomarybusinesspracticeforthemoteltoverifythenameandaddresstheguestprovidedwithsomesortofidentificationsuchasdriverslicenseorcreditcard,thecardcannotbeadmittedtoprovethatDefendantregisteredatthehotel.SeealsoU.S.v.Lieberman,637F.2d95(1980) wouldnotcovertheinformationonthereceiptastothepurchasersnameandhisaddress.Thisisbecausethisinformationwassuppliedbyanoutsidertothebusiness,whowasnotintheregularcourseofbusinessofprovidingsuch,andCircuitCityinnowaycheckedtomakesuretheinformationwascorrect.).L
