D.C. COURT $94,500
JUDGMENT AGAINST FAX.COM, INC. AND INJUNCTION
On December 8, 2004, the D.C. Superior
Court issued a $94,500 judgment against Fax.com, a $85,500
judgment against officers Kevin Kaz and Eric Wilson, and
an injunction against all of them prohibiting future violations

On
Jan. 6, 2004 Fax.com President Kevin Katz was sanctioned
by the D.C. Superior Court for his second failure to appear
